Finally more exercise again!
I’ve been using Habiz for a while now, and the app has really helped me exercise more. Many thanks for that! The design is absolutely amazing. A great overview and detailed statistics about my training sessions. It truly boosts my motivation because I want to keep collecting those ‘points.’ 😅
The app is streamlined, focused only on the essentials without any unnecessary extras. It’s also fantastic that there’s an affordable lifetime price!

Great app and the only one that I’ve found so far that meets my needs!
I was looking for an app that could help me track my exercise goal, which is to do a certain number of activities per week, regardless of the type. This app does that beautifully, and has an amazing widget (really neat and very aesthetically pleasing) which allows me to see my progress everyday. Thank you developer!

What is the Routine Score?
The Routine Score is an indicator that shows you how consistently you exercise. It evaluates your training consistency and helps you to build up a sustainable workout routine.
The score is between 0% and 100%. A high score (> 75%) means that you perform your sports activities very consistently over a longer period. It does not evaluate how long or intensely you exercise.
Why is the Routine Score important?
If your goal is to exercise regularly in the long term, it’s crucial that you build a workout routine. Routines take the decision between the couch and working out off your plate.
The Routine Score is the perfect companion on this journey. To build a routine, it’s important to exercise consistently over a longer period of time. What matters most isn’t the duration or intensity of your workouts but the regularity.
The Routine Score provides quick and simple feedback on this. It evaluates your training behavior and makes progress immediately visible.
How does the Routine Score work?
The Routine Score is calculated based on your training sessions. It takes into account the intervals between your individual workouts and identifies patterns in your training behavior:
➔ High Score (75-100%): You exercise regularly with consistent breaks and maintain your rhythm. This indicates that you have a stable workout routine.
➔ Medium Score (55-74%): Your training behavior is overall good but could be more consistent. You have occasional fluctuations that affect your score.
➔ Low Score (30-54%): Your breaks are often irregular, suggesting that your routine is unstable and has room for improvement.
➔ Very Low Score (<30%): Your training breaks are highly irregular or frequently very long. This indicates that your training behavior is very inconsistent, pointing to an unstable routine and a need for significant improvement.
The Routine Score is more sensitive to your most recent training breaks. This means that your latest activities weigh more heavily than older ones. The score quickly shows you how your training behavior is developing.
How can you improve your Routine Score?
➔ Stay consistent: Schedule fixed workout days to keep your breaks constant.
➔ Avoid long breaks: Try to stay active even when you are busy or facing a lack of motivation to maintain your score.
➔ Set realistic goals: A continuous, moderate training level is often better for your score than sporadic peaks followed by longer breaks.
