Great app and the only one that I’ve found so far that meets my needs!
I was looking for an app that could help me track my exercise goal, which is to do a certain number of activities per week, regardless of the type. This app does that beautifully, and has an amazing widget (really neat and very aesthetically pleasing) which allows me to see my progress everyday. Thank you developer!

Finally more exercise again!
I’ve been using Habiz for a while now and have managed to get back into a regular workout routine. Thank you so much for that. The design is absolutely amazing! It gives a great overview and provides statistics on the training sessions. It really boosts motivation because you want to keep collecting those ‘points.’ 😅
The app is streamlined, focused only on the essentials without any unnecessary extras. It’s also fantastic that there’s an affordable lifetime price!

Ever wondered how some people manage to stay motivated to exercise every day?
Here’s the secret: It’s less about motivation — exercise has become a routine for them!
If you have to motivate yourself before every workout, it can be tough to stick with it over time. Routines take the decision between relaxing on the couch or working out. But getting there takes time. Studies show it takes about 66 days, on average, for a new habit to become effortless.
These steps will help you to build a workout routine as efficiently as possible.
Build your Workout Routine in 5 simple steps with the Habiz App
1. Find your sports
It’s essential that you enjoy your workout and that your activities align with your goals. If you haven’t found the right sports yet, it’s best to try out lots of different ones.
Benefit: It takes less effort to start a training session if you enjoy it.
2. Schedule fixed times
Schedule fixed times for your workouts, for example as part of your morning routine. Short sessions are better than none. Remember to include rest days to give your body time to recover.
Benefit: Fixed appointments create commitment and help you to exercise regularly.
3. Set specific goals
Set yourself clear, achievable goals, such as “I want to exercise 2.5 hours a week” instead of “I want to exercise regularly”. You can also be more specific and set goals per sport. Goal tip: The WHO recommends that adults aged 18 and over should be moderately physically active for at least 2.5 hours per week. Set yourself this as a goal!
Benefit: Achieving goals motivates you and helps you to stick with it during difficult phases so that your routine doesn’t break down.
4. Track your activities
Use a smartwatch, other training apps or the Habiz app directly to track your activities. Any workout synced with Apple Health will automatically show up in Habiz.
Benefit: Recording your activities helps you to track your progress later and celebrate successes.
5. Visualize goals, progress and activities
Keep an eye on your training progress at all times. Habiz offers various views to make your development tangible.
Benefit: The tile layout shows you immediately and visually how well your routine is already established or whether you still have frequent phases where you don’t exercise.
These 5 steps will help you to successfully build your own workout routine.
